These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inafiction USA dba Gooby ("Gooby," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

5. Shipping

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are solely responsible for determining whether any product purchased from Goobypet.com is appropriate and safe for your dog. We cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for every dog, and we make no warranties regarding allergies, sensitivities, or individual animal reactions. If your pet has specific health conditions or sensitivities, please consult your veterinarian before use.
