Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Purchased directly from Goobypet.com
  2. Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  3. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Include all original tags and stickers
  5. Be unaltered, unwashed, and free of pet hair and dirt

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds
  • For return shipments valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.


How to Return

  1. Confirm eligibility — Make sure your item meets the return criteria above
  2. Package your item — Include the item in its original packaging along with your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, include a note with your order number and the full name used at purchase. Please note that we cannot process a refund without a valid order number
  3. Get your return label — Visit our Return Portal to generate a prepaid return label
  4. Ship your return to:
