Standard Return Eligibility

This standard return policy applies in addition to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including the EU Right of Withdrawal described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Purchased directly from Goobypet.com
  2. Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  3. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Include all original tags and stickers
  5. Be unaltered, unwashed, and free of pet hair and dirt

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law
  • For return shipments valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the final item in your order is delivered.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise your EU right of withdrawal.

After you submit your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email without undue delay. This acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was submitted.

You may also contact us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your name, order number, and email address used for the order.

Returning Goods After EU Withdrawal

If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a store, but you are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.

For EU withdrawal requests, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We are not required to reimburse supplementary delivery costs if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

How to Return

  1. Confirm eligibility — Make sure your item meets the return criteria above
  2. Package your item — Include the item in its original packaging along with your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, include a note with your order number and the full name used at purchase. Please note that we cannot process a refund without a valid order number
  3. Get your return label — For standard returns, visit our Return Portal to generate a prepaid return label. For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, please use the Withdraw from contract here link above first, and we will provide next steps.
