Returns & Refund

We stand by our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the items.

We are currently only able to create labels for U.S. based address.International orders need to be shipped to our return address with copy of the invoice and your RMA #:

  • All items must be unaltered, unwashed, and free of pet hair and dirt.
  • Purchased within 30 days.
  • Purchased directly from Gooby website "www.goobypet.com"

  1. We will refund your original invoiced amount, including whatever shipping was paid. For International Returns, only the amount paid for the item(s) will be subject to a refund.
  2. Cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund. 
  3. Gooby will refund orders to your original payment method.
  4. Partial returns that paid shipping are not subject to a refund on shipping. In this scenario, only the item being returned will be refunded.

  1. Gift items can be eligible for a credit in the form of a GoobyPet.com e-Gift Card.
  2. Please contact hello@goobypet.com to verify the item for return. Once verified, send your item(s) to the address above, in the condition above.
  3. Once the item is received and confirmed resalable, we will generate a e-Gift Card to the listed contact information.

Warranty

Gooby is proud to design and create simple and functional products with quality and durability. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for purchases from goobypet.com or authorized dealers for up to one year from your date of purchase. Please note that the warranty will not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Misuse or improper use of the product
  3. Chewing or biting
  4. Alterations or modifications to the product

We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if it is determined the damage was caused by the reasons above.

For international claims or claims without proof-of-purchase, cost of shipping may be required for warranty replacement.If your product falls under our warranty policy, please email us at hello@goobypet.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase - attaching your invoice or receipt 
  • Purchase date and where purchased from
  • Your shipping address
  • Phone number

Product Information

  • Description of the product defect
  • Product name, size, color
