Why Comfort X Dual Snap?

The Comfort X Dual Snap Harness has our signature and patented Choke-Free V-Neck X-Frame design. After all, it wouldn't be a comfort x harness without it.

We're not against collars. We just think that collars aren't ideal for walking your dog.

Why is that?

Small dogs naturally just have smaller neck structure and because of that, they are more prone to neck injuries. Especially if yours is a strong puller.

Unintentional yanking and leash pulling can often times cause damage to their precious neck.

Besides its choke-free features, here are some other prominent features

Easy-Snap Rotational Buckles
- Easy on your fingers - minimizes the effort and stress on your fingers when putting on the buckles. You will love it and find it helpful if you have finger joint pain or other related medical conditions such as arthritis.
- Adds comfort to your pup - rotates when your pup makes sudden turns and transforms the harness into one with a flexible body frame.
Flexible Body Frame - contours to your pup's body shape and moves around as your pup moves, creating maximum comfort.
Scratch Resistant Outer Layer & Inner Body Mesh

1. Is this a head in or a step-in harness?

It's a head-in harness.

2. How to put it on?

Follow these steps:

Have your dog stand in front of the harness, facing you.
Slip the harness over your dog's head, with the logo facing forward and centered on their chest.
Bring the two sides of the harness up and over your dog's back, joining them at the center of their back.
Snap the two buckles closed, making sure they are securely fastened.
Adjust the harness to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Note:You should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your dog's skin, but it should not be loose enough for your dog to slip out of.
Attach your leash to the D-ring on the back of the harness and you're ready to go!

3. How is it different than other Comfort X Harness?

Every harness in our Comfort X collection has the signature and patented X-Frame that makes the harness choke-free and puts zero pressure on your dog's neck.

On top of that, the Comfort X Dual Snap Harness comes with the following features

Easy-Snap Rotational Buckles - easier on your fingers, allows you to put on the harness with 1 hand, or as our customers call it "1 hand operation."
Flexible Body Frame - allows for better flexibility when your dogs' on the move which gives more comfort.
Scratch Resistant Layer - made with durable rip-stop material so it withstands the elements.

4. Is it suitable for all dog breeds?

It's designed to fit a variety of small to medium dog breeds, but it may not be suitable for all dogs (i.e. large breeds like Labradors.)

Please measure your dog's chest girth to determine which size is best for your dog.

5. Can dogs with long hair use it?

Yes.

The harness is designed with a lightweight, breathable mesh material that is gentle on your dog's skin and coat, and won't mat or tangle long hair.

The dual snap feature also allows for easy on and off, which can be helpful when dealing with long-haired dogs that require grooming or trimming.

However, it's always a good idea to do the following

regularly check your dog's fur for any matting or tangling that may occur over time
adjust the harness as needed to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.

6. Do you have a video that shows how the rotational buckles snap together?

We do not have a video on how they rotational buckle snap together, but we're working on it!

Snapping the buckles together is pretty easy though.

locate the male and female parts of the buckle. The male part is typically the one with the prong, while the female part has a hole to insert the prong.
Insert the prong of the male part into the hole of the female part. The prong should slide easily into the hole and lock in place.

7. What materials are used?

The outer layer is made with scratch resistant material.

The inner body layer is made with breathable mesh.

8. Do you accept customized orders?

We don't currently offer custom sizes or designs for any Gooby products.

9. Is it good for all day wear?

Yes.

It is lightweight and its inner breathable mesh makes it comfortable and ideal for all day wear.

10. Do you repair or sell replacement parts?

No, we do not.

We do have warranty on our products which covers items 1 year from date of purchase due to manufacturing defects.

Shipping is free for U.S orders over $75. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the items.

We are currently only able to create labels for U.S. based address.
