This is our 2nd set of harnesses for our dachshunds. We hike every weekend and these go through the rigors of hills, rivers, and prairies. As most know, doxies have a barrel chest that complicates fitting most things. This harnesses fits the chest area well considering the options to adjust the fit. We love the handle and sturdy back area which helps lift/lower the dogs with less stress on their backs. These are very durable and appear comfortable on them, too.
This has got to be the perfect harness. My Westin has no issues with how it fits. He seems quite comfortable and has never tried to escape. I have a total of three harnesses. We keep one in the house the rv and the truck. Worth the money hands down. Shipping was fast.
This is our 2nd Pioneer Harness from Gooby. We loved our 1st one so much, we purchased a 2nd one to keep in our car, so that we are always certain to have one when our baby goes traveling in the car with us. It REALLY WORKS! He's not able to wriggle his cute little butt outta this one !!! We love Gooby. Comfortable items and super cute as well!
Hello Lori! Thank you for submitting this lovely picture along with your kind review. It brings us joy to hear how satisfied you are with our harness. Thank you again from all of at Gooby. Have a great day! -Team Gooby
Bought this harness in a size medium for both of my boston terriers. It fits great and allows me to have control over my balls of muscle when theyre super excited and jumping around. My dogs get really amped up and once after a trip to the dog park, my male boston got one of his toe beans stuck in-between the wires of their enclosure. Luckily he was still wearing his harness and I was able to grab him from the handle on the harness and stop him from tugging his foot. It was only seconds but in that time it had swelled and it didn't look good, but because of the harness I was able to lift him and safely get his toe bean free.
